Use the five-minute free trial before purchasing to decide whether Dog Retreat is right for you. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Refunds required by applicable law or by Stripe Managed Payments / Link remain available. This policy does not exclude rights to refunds, withdrawal, repair or other remedies under applicable law, including for faulty or undelivered digital content. Any consent needed to begin digital delivery must be handled at checkout.
Payments and receipts are handled by Stripe Managed Payments / Link, which may issue refunds under its own policies, including to prevent chargebacks. See Stripe Managed Payments / Link's refund policy. Link provides transaction support; Deep Challenger VR LLC provides game and account support. A confirmed full refund removes paid game access; your game progress remains unless you delete the account. If you paid but the game is locked, use Restore purchase while signed into the original Google account. Do not buy again; contact support if confirmation remains delayed.
Payments are not enabled until the store and production service have completed launch checks.
